Yoga Clothing - For Complete Relaxation

Whilst yoga does not have a uniform, so to speak, yoga clothing is essential for complete relaxation and meditation. Anything which distracts you from the task in hand should be removed. Loose fitting comfortable clothes are the order of the day.

Clothes that are light and airy are ideal. Be especially careful to select nothing that might inhibit movement. Meditation is easily disrupted by distraction, and nothing can be more distracting than discomfort. You may find clothing available as fashion accessories, but be careful, functionality is paramount.

Yoga is a Hindu discipline aimed at achieving a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility. In the West, the term is most commonly understood as the physical exercises that are practiced as part of this discipline.
